Cancellation Policy

Beyond Hair is a commission base company. Employees are paid for services rendered; for this reason we are ENFORCING NEW POLICIES.

We do our best to accommodate everyone. If you are running late, PLEASE CALL and make us aware. We will try our hardest to accommodate the services scheduled. However, after 10 MINUTES, your appointment is subject to change. If you arrive 15 MINUTES late, we consider this a NO SHOW and you will be charged accordingly. This is to prevent overlap in appointments for the rest of the day.

In the event that you need to CANCEL, RESCHEDULE, or CHANGE SERVICES scheduled, we require a 24-HOUR notice. Failure to do so is considered a NO SHOW. After a NO SHOW, we will require a CREDIT CARD on file to book and keep future appointments. For any subsequent CANCELLED OR CHANGED appointments with less than 24 HOUR notice, a 50% charge will be incurred. With 2nd NO SHOW, we will charge your card 100% of the services booked.

When you are required to keep a credit card on file, you are authorizing us to charge your card if you NO SHOW, CANCEL, or CHANGE services without a 24 HOUR notice.

As a COURTESY, you will receive a confirmation text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This is when you should call, if there are changes to your scheduled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
